GR Solaris Caribe - All Inclusive

The hotel was small enough that it didn't feel over crowded and we had the use of the facilities in the Royal Solaris hotel next door so we were spoilt for choice. We had 5 restaurants to choose from which you booked a table for, up to 2-3 days in advance and if there wasn't a space available we could use the buffet restaurants. The food was excellent at all of the restaurants. The hotel staff could not do enough for you and were very friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious with a small seating area with a table and two chairs and the bathroom had a rainfall shower which was lovely. There was also lots of storage space for our clothes and other essential items. We had a safe and a tea/coffee maker in the room too. I needed some blankets to pad the bed by putting them underneath the bottom sheet and they arrived very quickly when I had requested them from housekeeping. The entertainment provided at the hotel was also worth seeing if you were able to get an early enough booking at a restaurant to be able to see the show at 2030 at night.

The room is very clean and the living environment is very quiet. We have a sea view room. We fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night and wake up to the sunrise in the morning. The hotel food is good and the swimming pool facilities are also good.

The staff is wonderful, always helpful and in a well mood. The pools are nice, my kids loved it. The breakfast is good and the lunch/dinner buffet are good. The restaurant where you need reservations are fantastic, including the kids menu. The drinks are good, cold beer, wines are good, the drinks are well done. It is 15 min from the airport, and very close to the Playa Delfinos. There is a Kids club that my children loved.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. Family friendly.

Beautiful views, very very very very very clean hotel and room. Great customer service. Excellent all round. The food could be better, but I am a picky eater. Over the top place. Very luxurious look and feel. Will be back!
