The room is very clean and the living environment is very quiet. We have a sea view room. We fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night and wake up to the sunrise in the morning. The hotel food is good and the swimming pool facilities are also good.

The staff is wonderful, always helpful and in a well mood. The pools are nice, my kids loved it. The breakfast is good and the lunch/dinner buffet are good. The restaurant where you need reservations are fantastic, including the kids menu. The drinks are good, cold beer, wines are good, the drinks are well done. It is 15 min from the airport, and very close to the Playa Delfinos. There is a Kids club that my children loved.

Property was clean and comfortable. Pool area was pretty with hot tubs toward the beach. Pretty courtyards. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Easy to grab chaises on the beach or at the pool. Staff on the grounds and in the halls and hotel were super friendly and service-oriented. Not overly busy. Very fun new years party with dancing, music, blended drinks, and champagne

Beautiful views, very very very very very clean hotel and room. Great customer service. Excellent all round. The food could be better, but I am a picky eater. Over the top place. Very luxurious look and feel. Will be back!

The rooms were excellent and huge and the atmosphere around the pool was fantastic. There were lots of food options to choose from which were all great. The cost of the hotel was very good for what you get. The pool bar was really good.
